Is there a free trial?+
Yes. You can start for free with no credit card. The trial is limited to 5 questions and has full access to Sherpa’s capabilities except for specialized college help. You can unlock full access to Sherpa 2026–2027 in your dashboard whenever you're ready.
Is $199 for the whole cycle?+
Yes. $199 unlocks the whole 2026–2027 college application cycle. There’s no monthly subscription to remember to cancel — you can work at your own pace from first draft through submission season.

Can I add more questions?+
Yes. If you need more runway later, you can add a +50 Questions Pack for $29 or a +100 Questions Pack for $49 anytime from your account.
What’s your refund policy?+
Purchases are generally non-refundable as per our Terms and Conditions. However, if you change your mind within one week of purchase and haven’t used up any of your question balance, you may email help@applysherpa.com with a refund request. Our team reviews each request on a case-by-case basis.
Who is Sherpa for?+
Sherpa is for Common App first-year applicants; transfer and Coalition applicants aren’t supported yet.
